I ordered 6 of the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in waterproof very black, but instead got 6 of the wrong item. I can't use what they sent me, and the box even shows my correct order. The mascaras look different and have lids in a different color. Since it's been too long since I got the package, they won’t do anything about it, even with photos to prove the mix-up. I delayed opening it because I’ve been feeling under the weather, and the box was labeled right, so I thought it was all good. Now, I've wasted £40 on something I can't use. Their response was just, "mistakes do happen" and "we're only human." Honestly, you wouldn’t expect this from a big company. This wasn’t money I could just throw away, and I won’t be shopping with them again.

I've never experienced customer service quite like this. YODEL really dropped the ball on my delivery and couldn't locate my address, despite having received numerous packages before. Cara from JCS took charge and contacted YODEL to resolve the issue. In the end, my order was delivered by Royal Mail to my workplace. We exchanged a whopping 23 emails! They truly went above and beyond compared to any other service I've encountered. I wholeheartedly recommend them to all.

The products came nicely packaged. They are truly a good deal for the price. The only downside is that it took quite a while for them to get here—around 10 days, if I remember right.

I placed an order for a couple of items on January 15, 2023, and here we are on January 20, 2023, with no sign of my products being shipped. It's been over four business days, and I can't help but wonder what in the world is taking so long. How hard can it be to pack and send out two little bottles of fragrance?
